When you contact us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Providing them is voluntary, but without them we cannot get back to you. The website does not ask for sensitive information.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and provide technical service and manage our business relationship with you. With your consent we may also send professional updates, and you can always ask us to stop. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Sharing information

Information may be shared with service providers who operate the website, form delivery and email for us, only as needed for those services. Some of them may store information outside Israel. When needed to handle your request, for example a quote or an instrument repair, we will pass the relevant details to the manufacturer we represent. We will also disclose information where required by law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access or use. Information is kept as long as it is needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

Cookies

The website does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking tools. If we add a traffic measurement tool such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy and show an appropriate notice.
