Yael’s experience is built on selling and applying products from reputable manufacturers such as 3M, FOSS, Shimadzu, ERWEKA, Rudolph and Radiometer, across pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, semiconductors, hospitals, academia and more.

Combining a science background with business management, he guides every customer from defining the need to choosing the right solution from the manufacturers we represent. He works hand in hand with our manufacturers and service team, so every project ends with a solution that serves the customer for years.

Louis Maroun

Service Manager

Leads the Soltek service department and our field team of engineers and technicians. He plans preventive maintenance, installations and calibrations at customer sites across Israel, and makes sure every service call gets a fast, professional and accurate response, in line with ISO 9001.

Experienced Service Engineering Leader with proven success across food processing, medical, laboratory, research, and production industries. Expert in mechanics, electronics, semiconductors, optics, and complex system integration—driving equipment reliability, technical projects, and client empowerment through advanced troubleshooting and hands-on training. There is no technical problem he can’t solve.

Handles installations, preventive maintenance, repairs and calibrations at customer sites across Israel. He brings hands-on know-how, patience and a personal approach to every visit, getting instruments back to work quickly and accurately.

Leads our customer service with a belief in personal, approachable service and high availability for every request. She is the bridge between customers and our service engineers, making sure every need gets a fast, dedicated and accurate response. She also coordinates staff welfare and team events and leads exhibition planning.

Runs the Soltek office and logistics: orders from our manufacturers, shipping, customs clearance, and spare parts and consumables stock. She makes sure every instrument and part reaches the customer on time and in perfect condition, and keeps the office running smoothly.
