About XNEXT
XNEXT is an Italian company that develops and manufactures hyperspectral X-ray inspection systems for food production lines. XSpectra systems combine a photon-counting detector developed in-house with AI software, and tell materials apart by their composition, not only by their density. This lets them detect light foreign bodies such as plastic, wood and bone that conventional X-ray systems struggle to find.

How is XSpectra different from a conventional X-ray system?
A conventional X-ray system mainly sees differences in density, so it struggles with light foreign bodies. XSpectra measures the energy of each photon and analyzes the composition of the material, so it also finds plastic, wood, bone and glass inside the product.
Which model suits my product?
It depends on the product and the packaging. Top Down suits products on a conveyor, Top Down XL meat and large products, and Lateral or Diagonal products in bottles, jars, cans and bags. We are happy to review your product and recommend.
Do you service and support XNEXT systems in Israel?
Yes. The Soltek service team installs, trains, maintains and repairs XNEXT systems across Israel, using original spare parts and with support from the manufacturer.
